The Dalloway Terrace restaurant is part of the Bloomsbury hotel.
You’ll find the entrance to this seasonally themed space just off the busy high street of Tottenham Court road.
The autumn theme was beautifully decorated around the Terrace walls and made for an exciting start. Excellent for a few Instagram posts.
I ordered the crab toast but found the dressing wasn’t for me, after briefly mentioning my disappointment with the dish to a member of staff, they kindly offered to replace this for something else on the menu. I decided to go for a safe option this time, pancakes! These removed any previous doubts I had about the restaurant and were scoffed down pretty quickly!
There’s a comfortable hum of conversation in the restaurant, perfect for a few friends catching up or a date. This is a hot insta location as i spotted a few guests taking snaps of their food (much like me) and excitedly hopping between tables. Generally the clientele are a mixed audience of tourists, insta foodies and elderly couples staying in the hotel.
This venue is best for an occasion or treat, its a little expensive for your standard brunch but the service, decor and food are well worth it.
